lauren roesner



Originally from Chicago, IL, Lauren is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati-Conservatory of Music, with a B.F.A in Musical Theatre. After completing her degree, Lauren moved back to Chicago and has been working in regional houses throughout the Midwest.

She is currently back at STAGES St. Louis, where she has been seen in the Theatre for Young Audiences production of Sleeping Beauty, playing Queen Stephanie, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying in the Ensemble and understudying Rosemary, Smitty and Mrs. Jones. She will be playing Fruma Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof, as well as understudying Tzeitel and Hodel.

Other recent credits include Gypsy at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Maria in The Sound of Music at Wagon Wheel Theatre, and My Fairy Lady at STAGES St. Louis.


Snippets of My Life

Lauren is currently performing the summer season at STAGES St. Louis. She has been seen in Sleeping Beauty and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Fiddler on the Roof begins Sept. 5 and runs through Oct. 5, 2014.
